Nicole anchors DW’s “The Day”

Filling in for DW’s Chief News Anchor Brent Goff, on November 5th of 2021, Nicole hosted DW’s “The Day – News in Review”.

In addition to DW’s round-the-clock news bulletins, “The Day” provides viewers with the background and analysis they need to understand the top stories of the last 24 hours.

Coinciding with halftime at COP26, the highly anticipated climate conference in Glasgow (Scotland), Nicole spoke to climate scientists and correspondents about whether the summit would turn out to be a watershed moment or a failure for the ages.

Besides being aired on all of DW’s English-language channels, “The Day” is also broadcast on the US’ Public Broadcasting Service. Through more than 100 PBS stations in the United States, “The Day” is available to some 70 million households in the USA.
